Minnie's acting debut

We settled down with our popcorn as a hush fell over the cinema. Never heard so many kids be that quiet.

It's a beautiful story, beautifully told, outside of the featured talent, you can tell alot of quality and experience has been involved in the making of the film, Chris Palmer the Director, typography by Andy Dymmock, great casting, brilliant music, congrats to all involved at Gorgeous film, a real little gem.

And most importantly Minnie had an amazing time and a valuable insight into the world of acting and movie making..think she's caught the bug now..

you don't ask, you don't get...

Supermarkets have far more important things to do than entertain silly questions from three year olds. Although it’s not really a silly question that Lily asked, and Sainsbury’s wholeheartedly agreed (click to see the full-size images).
This is the sort of simple customer service that wins over a customer for life. We’re off to buy a hat so we can doff it in Sainsbury’s direction.

Minnie acting Debut..

Well on Film ast least, we think she's acting up all the time..
The Happy Haris crew are very excited to be off to the screening on Saturday of 'The boy with the chocolate fingers' Chris Palmer's latest little short.
Minnie had a fantastic time on the shoot and thoroughly enjoyed playing with all the Dog's she had to work with...which one made the cut though....we'll have to wait and see..

Old Friends, New work

The....

At the end of 2011 the continuity announcers on Channel 4 mispronounced The Simpsons as The Crimpsons, The Carltons, The Pimpsons ... and The Cheese and Onions. Why?...only they know

Thats the spirit!

My friend/illustrator/Hotellier/Designer Azar Kasimir has been busy with projects involving posters for a Music festival in US, a soft drinks company, whilst getting his new site ready to be exposed to the world. I cant wait, especially if his early attempts for The Micheal Berger Hotel are anything to go by...seems to be able to turn his hand to a host of different fresh styles...I expect big things for him in 2012..

The work below is designed for a new off shoot of the hotel  which is well worth a visit if you're ever passing through Berlin.

update on a previous post...

We all remember the amazing demo video right?...so what could possibly go wrong with a live broadcast on Fox...

I remember...

..many moons ago, long before marriage or children, we owned decks and played choons...and me and my brother and lots of friends used to put on parties...we even had an infoline?..an infoline! (I think it was just Mums phone) We got quite good at it despite these flyers...which are some of the worst bits of design I've seen, cant believe we let them go out looking like that...anyway, heady times kids, yes Uncle Lewis used to be a DJ called Grouch...
